IKD is headquartered in Louisville, Ky., and has plans to further expand in order to better assist with customer needs in the rotary processing equipment industry. The purpose of this new district office in Fort Payne is to ensure the company has a local presence with the customer base and lives up to its Customer Service directives of “fast and knowledge response time” when a request comes in, no matter what day or time, (24/7/365).

IKD President Randall Young stated, “People buy from people they know and trust. This district location will allow us to give the customers in this region the personal attention they want and deserve. We want to intimately know the equipment and plant management in this region so that we become more than just a service provider. We become a trusted partner no matter how big or small the issue.”

The District office includes a two-bay shop, office and training space. We have a large crew that lives local, along with district management and technical personnel. The district is fully equipped with 40′ tool trailer/on-site office, grinding and alignment equipment.
