Industrial Kiln & Dryer is a ASME code shop with licensed professional engineers on staff in the building and a "R" stamp in place. We are certified and well versed in the replacement of single steam tubes (flues) or an entire tube bank. Tubes become thin over time due to the normal wear and tear caused by abrasion and corrosion. We have the tools, fixtures, in-house engineers, and general practical know how to replace a tube in our plant or at your site.
We can supply replacement tubes in nearly any alloy required, from exotic 9% chrome alloys to standard A-36. Alloy selection is normally determined by the alloy the OEM supplied to you with your dryer. If unknown, we can assist in providing a solution.
