Trunnion Base Assemblies

IK & D offers completely new trunnion base and thrust roll assemblies, all custom engineered to your specific requirements. These are precision manufactured with heavy duty forged alloy steel trunnion and thrust rollers for extended service life. Complete trunnion base assemblies will include base structural steel, trunnion wheel & bearing assembly, and a tension assembly. They may also include a thrust roll assembly with lubrication stick assembly. Custom designed safety cages are available. Our trunnions are available as replacement kits or as individual trunnion or thrust roll sub-assemblies.
