Our team, which works exclusively on rotary equipment, has the knowledge and experience to get and keep your equipment rolling smoothly. We are here to serve customers present needs as well as future requirements.

Our staff is comprised of personnel trained in mechanical engineering, CAD, AWS certified welding inspection and pressure vessel fabrication. Our sales staff is available to help on a 24 hours a day basis (via on-call point of contact after hours). Intensive education and training is the core of our professional operation. We know you expect the best personnel available for your project and we expect no less from any of our employees.

The engineering department supports our field service group. Our field inspection personnel will visit your plant and inspect your equipment. You then will receive a detailed inspection report on the current condition of your rotary equipment, recommendations and a preventive maintenance program. We will submit a comprehensive report outlining a program for any required repairs and proposed prices to complete each repair. An open file will be kept, free of charge, on your equipment.

Our crews can handle small jobs, such as alignment of trunnion rollers, or big jobs, such as replacement of shell sections and installation of complete rotary units. For time and cost-effectiveness, the mechanics who set up the grinding machine and recondition the tires and trunnion rollers normally perform the alignment work. In-house training and actual field experience make it possible for an assigned crew to handle all phases of the job. This reduces costs by avoiding mobilization and travel expenses for one or two additional crews.
