Code Welding for Shell Replacement
IK&D, through our sister manufacturing company, is able to weld pressure vessels and boilers according to ASME codes certified with our S, U, and U2 code stamps (must be welded in our shop in Louisville, KY). This means we are able to transport your dryer to our shop, complete any necessary rework, cutting and welding. Once the welding has been completed, applicable code stamping will be made to the code parts and rotary machine will be reassembled and tested. After test running, your machine will carefully be lifted and shipped back to you for reinstallation in your plant.
IK&D is also capable of providing ASME code welding for field installation and repair under the R stamp.
