Steam Tube Inspection and Tube Supports

As a paid premium service, our field inspection personnel can inspect the internals of your cold (shut-down) rotary dryer equipment. Critical areas within the dryer, particularly around the tube supports, can become completely seized with media that has been processed in the dryer. Over time, with extended build-up, this condition can lead to catastrophic failure of the machinery by blocking the natural expansion of steam tubes. If this service is purchased, a detailed inspection report on the current and accurate condition of your steam tube banks will be provided along with photos of the areas in question. We will submit a comprehensive report outlining a program for any required repairs or recommended cleaning, rebuilding or repair.
