Our crews can handle small jobs, such as alignment of trunnion rollers, or big jobs, such as replacement of shell sections and installation of complete rotary units. For time and cost-effectiveness, the specialized technicians who set up the grinding machine and recondition the tires and trunnion rollers normally perform the alignment work. In-house training and actual field experience make it possible for an assigned crew to handle all phases of the job. This reduces costs by avoiding mobilization and travel expenses for one or two additional crews.
